Earl Buchan has been with Calvary Chapel since 2004, and served in various capacities at Sunshine Coast Calvary Chapel with Pastor Ed Hickey. Knowing the call in his life, and prayerfully processing the decision with his family, Earl set out to plant Calvary Chapel Vancouver in 2010. Serving as an outreach worker for Union Gospel Mission and Jacob’s Well, Earl also worked as a graphic designer. After six years serving in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, sharing in some wonderful and difficult moments, Earl moved Eastward to Winnipeg. With is wife, Marria, Earl planted Calvary Chapel Winnipeg in 2016 and continues to pastor that church to this day.
We have had many amazing Calvary Chapel pastors from all over the world join us here at CCW. One is our good friend, Rodion Ihnatenko, serving as an Associate Pastor at Calvary Chapel Winnipeg. Rodion ministered in Calvary Chapel Kiev, and served on a mission team witha church plant. Our church also has the blessing of working with Lance Neubauer as our other Associate Pastor, originally coming to us from the Pentacostal Assemblies of Canada. Lance has a lot of ministry experience through PAOC, and has lead outreaches in Winnipeg for several years. We are blessed with a wonderful leadership team.
Earl has since authored a book on ministry called “Real,”
and continues to serve Calvary Chapel Winnipeg with his wife Marria.
